Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations and other absences.

The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships with stores and ensuring Red Bull executional standards are met. As part of the training, the ST will work with management to develop skills and may interview for ASM or other qualified roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License is required.
• DOT Medical card is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury, or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Collaborate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities and training.
