Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Sales Trainee to support account sales and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during absences.

The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format stores. This training position prepares you for an ASM role through hands-on learning, in-route and off-route support, and daily KPI-driven tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or special projects.
• Maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for store accounts.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner following Red Bull standards.
• Prepare daily tools and communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets.
