Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. seeks a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships with customers across in-store routes.

This training program prepares you for an Account Sales Manager role, with hands-on exposure to merchandising, pricing, and coverage in both large and small format stores. You will learn to work with management and ASMs to execute daily plans, gather tools, and meet daily KPIs while adhering to Red Bull execution standards.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Obtain tools to execute the daily plan, including insights, displays and pricing.
• Effectively communicate with the ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Support audits and merchandising to drive the sales business.
