Advertising Vehicles is hiring motivated individuals for a six-month development role in Cincinnati, OH. You will gain real sales experience with hands-on coaching and a proven sales system, with milestones and ongoing support.

Top performers may advance early into a Local Sales Associate role with a higher base salary and commission eligibility. Continued employment depends on progression beyond the program.

Formación

• No prior sales experience required; willing to learn and be coached
• Bachelor/Associate degree in business or related field or customer-facing work
• Strong communication and presentation skills; tech-savvy; valid driver’s license and vehicle access

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities: research local businesses, reach decision-makers, and begin outreach
• Build and manage a sales pipeline: track prospects, CRM activity, and next steps through quotes to order
• Develop discovery and client communication skills: ask questions and articulate value of fleet graphics
• Build consistent sales habits: manage daily calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups
• Learn from experienced leaders through quotes, follow-up, and client handoffs
• Prepare to advance into Local Sales Associate role with product knowledge and sales skills
