Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee in Michigan to learn our electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning. You’ll be exposed to all areas of the business and receive specialized training before transitioning into a sales role.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with an hourly pay of $25 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes
