Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service and project processes to gain a comprehensive overview of the industry.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes
