Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through diverse areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while developing product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently or in a team are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2–4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
