Job summary

Graybar in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge and customer-facing skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay. This role offers exposure to all areas of the business and a clear path into a sales career.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
