Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a blend of formal training and hands-on learning. The program exposes you to multiple areas of the business, with rotations through sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.

You will gain product knowledge and develop strong interpersonal skills while supporting teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
