Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of our business and receive specialized training before transitioning into a sales role.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes, building product knowledge and practical skills to support a successful career in sales.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
