Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes to gain a broad overview of the industry.

The role emphasizes independent work, teamwork, and strong communication. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with compensation starting at $21.63 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
