Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of Ring Power sales methods and practices, to become a contributing member of a Division sales team.
• Participate in a training program designed to educate prospective sales persons in rentals and sales.
• Demonstrate understanding of Ring Power tradition, values and business philosophy as per the Employee Handbook Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrate ability to engage customers in written and verbal conversations to build and maintain relationships.
• Understand organizational structure, sales territories, division responsibilities and product lines.
• Complete sales using established Company procedures and documents and understand sales metrics and goals.
