Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You’ll be exposed to all areas of our business and rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes to build a strong foundation for a future sales career.

The role offers a starting pay of $25 per hour with standard hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes.
