Job summary

VanEck seeks a recent graduate for its Internal Wholesaler Training Program (Sales Trainee), based in New York City or Tampa, Florida. The program provides structured training across SIE/Series exams, ETF and mutual fund knowledge, and sales skills on the Internal Sales Desk.

Upon completion, trainees may move into an Internal Wholesaler role, selling mutual funds and ETFs through FA/RIA channels, with phased development and exposure to regional teams.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized; strong planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell VanEck mutual funds and VanEck Vectors ETFs to FA/RIA channels.
• Include/Refer VanEck specialists, as necessary.
• Effectively manage a territory rotation.
• Profiling contacts to uncover needs and recommend solutions across product lines.
