Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in sales/marketing.
• Two years outside selling or related experience – preferred
• Experience in the corrugated box industry – preferred
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times.
• Participate in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare for a long-term position as Account Executive.
• Meet or exceed operating standards in sales and customer service as communicated yearly.
• Achieve goals in collaboration with Sales Manager.
• Provide input to advance the business through new ideas.
• Weekly review of training goals with the Sales Manager to ensure skill development.
• Exhibit professional behavior and teamwork.
• Full-time role in an office setting.
