Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a student or early-career professional to support ready-mix concrete sales, dispatch, and customer service activities in a hands-on environment in Pittsburgh.

You will perform quality control testing, assist with troubleshooting, build relationships with customers and operations teams, and analyze sales data to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to safety policies and industry processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, sales, marketing, quality control, business or related area.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support ready-mix concrete sales, dispatch, and customer service activities.
• Perform quality control testing and inspections to help ensure product compliance and performance standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, operations teams, and production personnel to support business objectives.
• Analyze sales and quality data, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
