This is a staffing sales role, open to candidates with or without staffing & recruiting experience. The role offers the potential for promotion to a B2B Account Executive after initial recruitment training.

What you'll do:

  • Identify qualified candidates through creative outlets such as job boards, networking groups, and social media.
  • Assess candidates via phone screening, interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates through phone and email communication.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas.
  • Generate sales leads and set meetings with potential clients.
  • Build strong networks within the assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups, and utilizing social media.
  • Assist in the development of recruiters.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
