The Pay Range for a Sales Agent is $15 - $18 per hour.

Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build relationships with customers to expand business and meet production targets.
  • Manage currency transactions accurately and ensure timely deposits with documentation.
  • Quickly connect with clients, educate, and advise on suitable products.

The Perfect Match:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.
  • Ambitious with a desire for career growth.
  • Excellent communication skills.
