This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injuries, or special projects. The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for both large and small format "off premise" stores. The role requires servicing customers professionally, safely, and in accordance with Red Bull standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: Participate in the training program with the opportunity to interview for ASM roles upon completion. The role is at-will and may be extended based on performance and availability of roles.
• Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull, maintain product freshness, and build relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: Gather tools and coordinate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• In Route Support: Support in-store execution, meet KPIs related to sales, distribution, and merchandising.
• Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Minimum age of 21
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
