Join to apply for the Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company.

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage during vacations, sickness, injuries, or special projects. The ST will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for both large and small format 'off premise' stores. The role requires servicing all customers professionally, safely, and in accordance with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Training: The ST is in a training role with the opportunity to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion. The role can last up to 12 months, with possible extension based on performance and availability of roles. The position is at-will, meaning employment can be terminated at any time by either party.
2. Business Acumen: Understand Red Bull's brand and products, ensure proper product rotation, and build professional relationships to increase sales.
3. Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and communicate daily priorities with ASM/DSM, including training with ASMs.
4. In Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, route coverage, and meet daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising.
5. Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other sales-driving activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Minimum age of 21
• Customer service and sales experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
