General Information:
Join the Hitachi Energy US Front End Sales Team early in your career and gain valuable exposure to various parts of a sales function. This program will rotate you through 3 different sales experiences over 18 months (6 months per rotation) to build a knowledge base that will benefit your career.

Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in the M&S trainee program: Learn about the relevant business, offerings, services, and product lines within the local sales unit.
- Engage with LSM, supervisors, and mentors to develop your sales skills and knowledge of sales management processes.
- Work on assigned projects and KPIs, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver on tasks.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that encourages diversity and innovation.
- Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility and caring for colleagues and the business.
- Assist in account plan development, understanding local account strategies and sales tactics aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain contacts and build the player map in SFDC, working closely with the local/strategic account manager.
- Gain a broad understanding of Hitachi Energy's solutions, including digital, software, and services.
- Learn about segments and channels as applied in the local market.
- Support local marketing plans and participate actively in marketing activities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients within the local unit.
- Identify and research sales leads; support maintaining the SFDC pipeline and regional market trend analysis.
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, or visits, often across time zones.
- Work towards sales KPIs set by LSM, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Document sales activities and maintain records using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree (any focus)
- Work authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy
- Less than 2 years of post-graduation work experience
- Technical aptitude in selling
- Strong drive to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
