Are you ready?

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on experience. Trainees are exposed to various areas of the business and receive specialized training, providing a comprehensive industry overview before transitioning into a sales role.

Responsibilities

1. Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process
2. Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment
3. Rotate through different areas including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Details

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay: $21.63 per hour
