Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee in Fort Worth, TX, to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently and in a team are required.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a valid license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Make a difference.As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning.
