Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and our sales process through formal training sessions and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of our business and receive specialized training as you progress toward a sales role.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes, develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment, and gain experience in our end-to-end sales workflow while

• 2-4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
