Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and our comprehensive sales process. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while gaining hands-on experience and formal training.

Expect a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with an hourly pay rate of $21.63. This role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and strong communication as you build product knowledge in electrical, communications, and security equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
