Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee in San Antonio, TX. You will learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process and develop product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment.

The program rotates you through various areas such as sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes to provide a comprehensive overview of the business. You will gain hands-on experience, formal training, and exposure to multiple functions before transitioning into a sales role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Make a difference.As a Sales Trainee , you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning.
