Graybar's Sales Trainee program offers hands-on learning in the electrical distribution business and a structured training path, exposing you to all areas of the organization before you transition into a sales role. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service and project processes, build product knowledge, and develop the skills needed to serve customers with professionalism.
