Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our electrical distribution business and sales process through formal training and hands-on experience. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.

Ideal candidates have 2- or 4-year degrees or equivalent work experience and strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
