Job summary

Graybar is offering a Sales Trainee program to learn the electrical distribution business and the company’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes to gain a comprehensive overview of the industry before moving into a sales role. This entry-level program emphasizes interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and independent work, with a starting pay of $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
