This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injuries, or special projects. The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for various store formats. The role requires servicing customers safely, professionally, and in accordance with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities:

• Training: Complete the training program to qualify for ASM roles. After certification, if no role is available, the ST may remain in the role up to 12 months, with possible extensions based on performance. The role is at-will, and employment can be terminated at any time.
• Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull products and build customer relationships to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and communicate daily priorities with managers.
• In-Route Support: Support in-store execution, route coverage, and meet KPIs related to sales and merchandising.
• Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
