Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Trainee:

  • Build trust with customers within a provided territory, ensuring their satisfaction, relaying product information, and uncovering upsell opportunities
  • Identify and secure new customers through strategic outreach and tailored sales solutions
  • Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs
  • Educate potential buyers on our client’s current products, ongoing promotions, and updated services
  • Assist our clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets
  • Train directly with our Senior Sales Managers to develop full knowledge of our client’s mission, guidelines, compliance standards, sales strategies, and sales goals
  • Review sale contracts with clients, identify their concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed that will benefit both parties

The Ideal Junior Sales Trainee Candidate:

  • Proven Sales Skills: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, territory management, or related roles
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute sales plans aligned with regional and company goals
  • Interpersonal Savvy: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence customers from various backgrounds
  • Self-Driven: A go-getter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations and tackling challenges head-on
  • Telecom Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in telecommunications or wireless sales is a plus
