The 10-week summer internship immerses you in real-world retail operations and cross-functional collaboration with stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams.

You will gain hands-on experience solving business problems with technology, analyzing tools and processes, and delivering actionable requirements to drive sales impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales tools, technology, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand user needs and support solutions from concept through implementation.
• Support reporting and analysis to measure tool adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and translate business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new sales tools and technology.
• Create training materials, presentations, documentation, and communications that enable sales teams to effectively use new solutions.
• Support project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic initiatives that improve sales team efficiency and customer experience.
