Job summary

CAS, the scientific information solutions division of the American Chemical Society, is offering a full-time Sales Tools Intern position for Summer 2027 in Columbus, Ohio. The internship runs May 17 to August 6, 2027, and exposes you to Salesforce-related tools, business analysis, and go-to-market practices.

You will collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Trainers, and Analysts, help document processes, and learn through hands-on updates to the CAS sales tool set while building valuable

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Some experience with Salesforce Lightning, System Administration, Business Analysis, Use Case analysis and documentation, process/workflow documentation, QA/testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Trainers, and Business Analysts to identify and document process changes and training programs.
• Assist the CAS Salesforce Administrator team in reviewing and prioritizing casework and making updates to the system.
• Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships.
• Collaborate to identify and share best practices and user success stories from CAS Sales tool universe.
• Stay abreast of go-to-market trends with Sales Tools (Salesforce.com, Dun & Bradstreet, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
