Job summary

CAS is seeking a Business Technology Intern for Summer 2027 in Columbus, Ohio. This position will be located at our headquarters and offers immersion into state-of-the-art software technologies with CAS staff and fellow interns.

The internship runs May 17th, 2027, to August 6th, 2027, with exposure to Salesforce and SAP ECC ecosystems and opportunities to collaborate on Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT or related degree or a business degree with data/programming exposure.
• Some experience with Salesforce, SAP ECC, or ERP platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and agile work style are important.

Position Summary:

CAS is currently seeking a Business TechnologyIntern for Summer 2027. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our Summer Intern Program aims to foster a high level of engagement and learning for participants through in-depth immersion into our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, while also expanding their professional network with CAS staff and fellow interns. These connections offer valuable insights into potential career opportunities.

The Internship will run from May 17th, 2027, to August 6th, 2027.

Job Accountabilities:

• Engage in prioritized solution investigations, functional implementations, and business data initiatives across the Salesforce and SAP ECC ecosystems, partnering with cross-functional business and technology colleagues.
• Create and enhance software solutions to facilitate Marketing, Sales, Customer Account Management, Financial Processing, and Customer Experience/Support operations across the CAS portfolio of product and service offerings.
• Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships, preparing your career for tomorrow.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends through individual and team training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in the Information Technology field or a related discipline (like Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Computer Engineering) or aBusiness-relateddegree withsome data or programming experience
• Some experience with ANY of the following is preferred: Business Process Flows/Requirements, Software Solution Design/Implementation (e.g., Salesforce (or any CRM platform), SAP ECC (or any ERP platform), Claude Code), Software Testing, Data Modeling/Profiling/Integration
• Strong communication skills, teaming skills, leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in agile software development environment, collaboratively and independently as applicable
