Job Title: Sales, Territory Manager - Sleep and Respiratory Care (San Diego)

Job Description: Be an integral part of the Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) team as a Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will increase market penetration and drive growth of Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the San Diego territory.

Your role includes:

  • Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services, differentiating from competitors through consultative selling and executing sales messaging. Serve as the territory expert for Philips SRC products and Care Orchestrator.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for Patient Interface products, executing sales and marketing initiatives, and documenting calls via Salesforce.
  • Develop relationships with prescribing physicians, office staff, sleep centers, and DME stakeholders, promoting Philips SRC products and services, including Philips SRC Mask Selector 2D and Care Orchestrator. Request prescriptions and orders.
  • Execute long-term customer agreements to achieve annual growth targets and sales quotas.
  • Conduct regular sales calls across key customer targets, prioritizing sleep therapy physicians, sleep labs, office staff, corporate account locations, and independent DME customers, with a minimum of 4-5 days per week in the territory.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA or higher in sales, marketing, business, clinical studies, or related certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in medical devices or home care, selling to DME companies, physicians, sleep labs, or hospitals.
  • Consultative selling skills required; experience with Sleep therapy products preferred.
  • Ability to use vehicles for travel, lift medical devices up to 100 pounds occasionally, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Travel within the territory up to 50%.

Work Environment: Field role, requiring in-person work at least 3 days/week, with roles outside main facilities at customer or supplier locations.
