Job Description

Territory Manager - Sleep and Respiratory Care (San Diego, CA)
Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) team as an experienced Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers an opportunity to increase market penetration and drive the growth of Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the San Diego Territory.

Your Role

  • Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio of products and services, differentiating from competitors through consultative selling and executing defined sales messaging. Serve as the territory expert for the Philips SRC Patient Interface product and service portfolio, including Care Orchestrator.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for Patient Interface products in the assigned territory. Document sales calls through salesforce.com, executing Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, office staff, Sleep Center and DME stakeholders, and decision makers. Promote Philips SRC products, including the SRC Mask Selector 2D and Care Orchestrator, and ask for prescriptions and DME orders.
  • Execute long-term customer purchasing agreements to achieve annual growth targets and sales quotas.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, demonstrating effective territory management across top customer targets, including sleep therapy physicians, sleep labs, office staff, corporate accounts, and independent DME customers. Aim for at least 4 out of 5 business days each week in the territory, covering San Diego County, W. AZ, and NV.

You're The Right Fit If

  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a BS/BA or higher in sales, marketing, business, or clinical studies is preferred.
  • You possess 3+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in medical devices or home care, selling to DME companies, physician offices, sleep labs, or hospitals.
  • Consultative selling skills are required. Experience selling Sleep therapy Patient Interface products is strongly preferred.
  • You can use a vehicle for travel, occasionally lift medical devices up to 100 pounds, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Travel within the territory can be up to 50%.

How We Work Together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $143,000 to $164,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car, based on performance (85%-120%). Compensation may vary with individual performance. Benefits include PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Details available on our benefits page.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. Candidates must reside in or near the territory or San Diego, CA. The position remains active for approximately 45 days. Apply promptly to be considered.
