Sales Territory Account Manager PA Medical Device

Overview: AngioSafe is a Bay Area (San Jose, California) medical device company focused on improving healthcare delivery through advanced catheter development. Our experienced team is dedicated to producing high-quality, innovative products that reduce risks and enhance outcomes for arterial disease treatment.

We are seeking Sales Territory Account Managers to promote and support the commercialization of our innovative catheters across the U.S.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote medical products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs.
  3. Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Report sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions regularly to leadership.
  6. Stay informed about industry regulations, product innovations, and the competitive landscape.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  8. Attend medical conferences and events to network with potential clients.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Behaviors:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and leading team performance.
  • Customer-service oriented and goal-driven.
  • Strong understanding of medical device industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools.
