Preferred Choice Restoration Services, LLC is hiring a Water Restoration Sales Technician in Gilbert, AZ. The role involves leading water, fire, mold, asbestos, and board-up projects with strong customer communication and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Arizona resident with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Experience with smartphones, tablets, and restoration software.
• Xactimate and/or MICA experience is a plus.
• Construction or mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred - training available.

Responsabilités

Responsibilities

• Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona, hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and restoration software
• Experience with Xactimate and/or MICA is a plus but not required
• Construction or mitigation experience preferred
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred - training available for the right candidate
