Job summary

Stretch Zone in New Orleans is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership sales and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll greet guests, schedule appointments, address member concerns, and work toward achieving sales goals while benefiting from paid training, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
