Stretch Zone in El Paso, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to help members feel better, move better, and live better. No experience required—just enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help others.

You will meet sales goals, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and contribute to member retention while delivering a friendly, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpening sales skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
