Hotard Coaches, Inc. is recruiting a Charter Sales Team Manager based in our New Orleans office. The role directs and guides the charter sales team, focusing on development and attainment of department goals and customer relationships within hospitality and group travel.

The ideal candidate has inside sales experience in related sectors, strong leadership, and the ability to manage key accounts. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hospitality or group travel experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint and Social Media a plus.

Hotard Coaches, Inc. is accepting applications for a Charter Sales Team Manager based in our New Orleans office. The Sales Team Manager directs, coordinates, and guides the sales team in the day-to-day business of charter sales at Hotard Coaches. This role is responsible for the ongoing development and success of the internal sales department, with a focus on managing people, supporting sales performance, and ensuring the team meets established goals and expectations. The ideal candidate must have pior inside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality and/or group travel industry.
