Karl Auto Group in Webster City, IA, is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to guide a high-volume department, motivate the team, and drive results every day.

You will assist New Car and Used Car Managers with inventory and operations, lead by example on the showroom floor, coach consultants daily, and coordinate between sales, management, and service teams to ensure a smooth, transparent buying experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven success closing deals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership potential — motivates others and thrives on team success.
• Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility.
• Familiar with CRM tools (DriveCentric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom floor and coach sales consultants daily.
• Track team performance to hit monthly sales and CSI goals.
• Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience.
• Serve as a communication bridge between sales, management, and service teams.
