Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to achieve defined targets and mentor a sales team at our San Diego site.

You will close transactions daily, uphold ethical standards, and help drive customer satisfaction across our Wyndham-related products and services. Responsibilities include training and evaluating direct reports, leading daily sales meetings, recruiting future associates, and delivering group presentations as required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• CA Real Estate License Required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Adhere to sales policies and represent the company professionally.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Lead daily sales meetings and collaborate with the Site Trainer for training.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• May conduct group sales presentations.
