Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive territory growth, coach a growing sales team, and engage directly with business owners and decision-makers. You will promote supplemental insurance products and services while guiding teammates toward peak performance.

You will balance hands-on selling with mentorship, lead by example, and present to groups of 50–100+ people. A strong background in sales, leadership, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school sales/athletic experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (license fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in the assigned territory.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members while balancing sales goals.
• Engage business owners, benefits managers and decision-makers directly.
• Deliver product presentations to larger groups (50–100+).
