Job summary

Crocs in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Team Leader to drive store performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll open/close, manage cash, coach the team, and partner with Store Management to hit sales goals while upholding Crocs’ brand standards.

You’ll engage customers, supervise POS operations, merchandise effectively, and ensure the store is ready for business every day. A background in retail leadership and flexible hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours with regular attendance.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to move and manage stock and assist in various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Ensure the store is business-ready with proper loss prevention and inventory controls.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling, and daily recovery standards.
