Neo Financial in Canada is seeking a Sales Team Lead to guide a team of Sales Representatives, driving customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products. You’ll coach, schedule coverage for events, and help exceed revenue targets while representing a fast-growing fintech.

You’ll lead by example at events, manage performance, and contribute to a culture of customer success and ownership across our Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto hubs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
• Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team (ideally in sales).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
• Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.
• Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.
