You will implement planograms, promote loyalty programs, and ensure accurate pricing while coordinating with other teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related retail or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-aisle customer service and experience responsibilities.
• Ensure proper facing of products and zone recovery.
• Consistent execution of price changes and tabloid set processes.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets and off shelf changes.
• Read and implement planograms based on deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.

• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
