Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a Sales Tax Accountant to join our client’s team in a fast-paced tax environment. You will prepare and file monthly returns, support unclaimed property, and handle audits across multiple jurisdictions, contributing to accurate filings and on-time submissions.

Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a clear willingness to grow into a senior path are welcomed; this role offers exposure to a broad compliance function and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1–3 years of sales and use tax compliance experience.
• Knowledge of multi-state sales and use tax processes.
• Understanding of transactional taxes and related challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter mindset.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Compensation: $70,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced tax environment where your work directly supports compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll join an established team with room to grow, and strong performers may be considered for a senior-level path based on experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns
• Support unclaimed property and business tax reporting
• Handle sales and use tax audits across multiple jurisdictions
• Communicate with state and local tax authorities
• Assist with special tax-related projects as needed
• Ensure filings are accurate and submitted on time

Required Qualifications & Experience:
