Job summary

Furnitureland South, the World’s Largest Furniture Store, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for our growing sales organization. The primary focus is attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional sales professionals who can thrive in our unique retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to build relationships and influence candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred.
• Sales recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage top sales talent through networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales opportunities.
• Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate the interview process.
• Represent Furnitureland South at career fairs, networking events, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
