Job summary

Gray Media/WHNS-TV in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our organized, detail-oriented team. You will support Sales Management and Media Executives, handling administrative tasks across the campaign lifecycle for broadcast and digital solutions.

You will collaborate with Traffic, Creative Services, Digital Operations, and Billing to ensure accurate orders, timely deliverables, and reliable reporting, while delivering professional service to advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Broadcast Order Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and process broadcast orders; handle revisions, makegoods, spot confirmations, and pre/post-logs.
• Digital Campaign Coordination: Book, monitor, and traffic multi-channel digital campaigns; coordinate ad creative, deadlines, and pacing.
• Client Service & Communication: Respond to client inquiries, invoice questions, scheduling details, and order confirmations via phone and email.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with Traffic, Creative Services, Digital Operations, and Billing for seamless campaign execution.
• Reporting & Delivery Verification: Pull and reconcile campaign performance reports across broadcast and digital channels for leadership and advertisers on deadline.
• Quality Assurance & Review: Double-check client-facing materials, rates, spot totals, and orders for complete accuracy.
• Market & Category Research: Assist sales teams with advertiser and category research and digital insights.

Job Summary/Description:

The FOX Carolina sales department is seeking an organized, positive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC!

In this role, you will work directly with Sales Management and Media Executives, providing essential administrative and operational support to help grow revenue and maintain strong customer relationships. You will serve as a vital backbone throughout the entire campaign lifecycle across linear broadcast and digital solutions (including Streaming TV/OTT, Search, and sports sponsorships). Duties & Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Broadcast Order Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and process broadcast orders into our sales and traffic systems; handle order revisions, makegoods, spot confirmations, and pre/post-logs.
• Digital Campaign Coordination: Book, monitor, and traffic multi-channel digital campaigns (Streaming TV/OTT, SEM/Search, Display); coordinate ad creative, copy deadlines, and pacing across internal teams and vendors.
• Client Service & Communication: Deliver professional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, invoice questions, scheduling details, and order confirmations via phone and email.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate daily with internal departments—including Traffic, Creative Services, Digital Operations, and Billing to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Reporting & Delivery Verification: Pull, reconcile, and organize campaign performance reports across broadcast and digital channels (including spot delivery, Google Analytics, and pacing) for leadership, reps, and advertisers on deadline.
• Quality Assurance & Review: Uphold rigorous double-check standards for all client-facing materials, rates, spot totals, and order entries to ensure complete accuracy.
• Market & Category Research: Assist sales teams with advertiser and category research, competitive media trends, and digital insights to support new business development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Organization & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data/order entry, and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Communication & Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal etiquette for phone, email, and direct professional client and team interactions.
• Work Style: Self-starter with a collaborative, team-first attitude who can balance structured administrative tasks with active digital workflow coordination.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with media sales/traffic software—knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic/Network is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising products (Streaming TV/OTT, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Paid Social) is a plus.
